What was life like before Gymcatch?

“I first opened the doors of Sattva about four and a half years ago. It’s not a very big center, but it’s what we have here in York, Pennsylvania. I’ve been a yoga teacher for, oh gosh, how many years now? Like 12 years. And I had taught in a lot of studios. I had sort of figured out how they operated just by working with a number of them.

I chose my first software system – which I probably shouldn’t name here – because it was one I was familiar with and because that’s what everybody else used. But it was a giant headache.

I was then being harassed by a lot of other companies to switch over to them, and they were all about as expensive as the system I had and they were all salesy. And so I just never had a good feeling.”

Why did you switch to Gymcatch?

“First of all, it was just so easy in terms of customer management, in terms of creating the packages that I wanted and making sure I have ability to offer donation-based classes for, say, meditation or any others where I don’t feel right charging a specific amount.

And then what I found that I love is that there’s no salesperson on the other end trying to upsell me on a better package. Gymcatch are really great with customer support. If I ever have an issue, somebody’s back to me immediately and all of my problems – and there have been very few of them – are fixed right away. It’s wonderful because I can speak to a human, not a salesperson, and it feels like a company that actually cares about me.

Do you find Gymcatch good value?

It really saves me a lot – I’m paying about a third of the price that I used to pay for the cheapest version of my last system, and I couldn’t be happier.

So it’s less expensive. It’s less admin work for me. It makes my work as a solo business owner a lot easier. I couldn’t recommend Gymcatch any more highly.
