Which plan shall I choose?
Premium is a great fit with group instructors, offering the sale of bundles and passes, as well as detailed customer management. Free is perfect for those just getting started in the industry.
Am I tied in?
No, Gymcatch is a paid monthly service, so you can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time.
What payment providers can I use?
We use Stripe as our primary payment provider www.stripe.com. They are large international payment provider and are used by a number of household names. PayPal and GoCardless integrations are coming soon and others by request.
Do you charge any other fees?
Unlike many other booking systems, Gymcatch does not take a cut of the payments that you receive. Your payment provider charges a fee. For Stripe these are available here. Gymcatch UK prices are exclusive of VAT.
What supports on offer?
We have an interactive Gymcatch Manual available in the administration portal, live chat (bottom right of screen) and a support email address too, with full-time staff ready to answer any queries that arise. There are consumer and business FAQ pages, with the business one here. We also have video tutorials available on our YouTube channel.
