Great tool
Overall: Loved the tool and service was fantastic. Definately prefer over similar products duebto ease of use and set up. Pros: The ease of use was great and price in comparison to similar products. It was easy to set up courses that also allowed for drop in class registration. Cons: When I imbeded the calebdar into my website sometimes it took a little while to load. I'd also like to see more seamless display of courses and class options for the same class be easy to identify. Flipping between tabs was not intuitive to my clients. Excellent Fitness Studio app
Overall: Great experience with this app from conception of my business throughout its growth. Pros: Easy to set up with help from professional team. User friendly once up and running.... Excellent booking system
Overall: Excellent I am really happy with the product and the price, it saves me so much time in my business. Pros: I have found Gymcatch really useful for manage my yoga class bookings, relatively easy to use and if there is anything I have been unsure of the customer service team are exceptional (this is one of the best things about using gymcatch!) The price is excellent value. I highly recommend. Cons: I have gymcatch embedded into my website but that doesn't always work great for booking on mobiles but I just send people booking on their phone straight to the gymcatch webpage (via a link on my website) and that seems to work fine.

Gymcatch is great for class management.
Overall: The customer care team are fast and really helpful. The system is reliable and easy to use. Pros: It was easy to set up and allowed me to be paperless, in terms of attendance sheets and PAR-Q information. I also didn't have to handle cash or credit card details. Would recommend for indepentant fitness professionals
Overall: Really happy. The support is excellent and software is easy to use. Pros: Allows customer to handle their own bookings, and removes admin for me. Cons: I dont think clients can just add their own details in, unless you have Par-Qs intergrated. I would like their phone number to be listed in their contact details, not just their email address. Overall: Great value for money, fantastic support system when needed, best decision I`ve made moving on here. Pros: Everything, from both customer side and mine as an administrator. Customer feedback has been amazing, particular around how easy the site is to navigate and make bookings. We have seen a massive uptake in bookings since moving over to Gymcatch Cons: Nothing. Customer service is second to none
Overall: Brilliant, customers service is what sets it apart for me. Pros: Absolutely phenomenal customer service. If I raise an issue or query these guys are on it instantly. Everyone I've dealt with at Gymcatch has been very pleasant and helpful. They offer unmatched customer service. Cons: A few small issues -some customers find it difficult to use and occasionally customers report that they've had problems booking. Fantastic Scheduling and Membership Booking Site
Overall: Smooth set up, intuitive processes, well supported with onboarding and great on-going support. Pros: The ability to buy the add ons you need so not paying for functionality you don't use. Cons: Getting your head around the initial set up as the Membership Functionality was all new - great support.
