In the second of our new series spotlighting our inspiring Gymcatch community, we chat with Tania Bryant of Tania Fitness, a pre- and postnatal fitness instructor making a real impact in her local community of Huntingdon in the UK.
Tania shares how Gymcatch has helped forecast and grow her bookings, while also saving her many hours of admin time that can be used instead to do more of the things she loves.
What were the pain points of running your business when you first started back in 2012?
“It was really not knowing how many people would come to my classes and therefore the income that I would get from them. I would spend so much time on admin, trying to create spreadsheets for my classes, and track and chase payments – never knowing what my overall income would be.”
What changes did you see when you brought Gymcatch into your business in 2019?
“Gymcatch resolved all these issues for me. Now I’m able to get clients to sign up for classes in advance online and prepay, which means they’re more likely to come and I’m able to predict my income. And it has saved me so much time in admin.
Also being able to have an affordable booking platform to use. It costs me about £26 a month, and I’m able to pick and choose the features that fit my business.”
What has been the feedback from your customers?
“They’ve responded really positively to using Gymcatch. They’re able to manage their own bookings online, buy the packages they want, and add themselves to waiting lists. And they’re able to do that all themselves without even having to contact me.”
Would you recommend Gymcatch to other businesses?
“I’ve been recommending Gymcatch for years now to other instructors. I just think it’s so flexible, it’s really easy to use, and the customer service is great as well.”
