We’re looking for customer support colleagues to join our UK support team and assist Gymcatch customers on a part- or full-time basis (we can be flexible).We take enormous pride in our support and with incredible growth over the last 18 months we are looking to grow our support team so we can continue to keep standards high.
We know that the best customer advisors are those that understand our customers needs, know the Gymcatch system, and are used to delivering an exceptional service to customers. This literally describes our customer base, so we’re advertising our customer support roles to our community first.
The roles will initially be flexible, on a contractor basis with a competitive hourly rate. For the right candidate we’ll do everything we can so you can fit this around your other commitments. Our busiest times are Monday to Friday 9-5 in the UK so we would need you, the successful candidates, to be able to commit to most of their allocated hours in those times.The successful candidates will:
- be familiar with and confident using Gymcatch (from both the professional and consumer sides)
- have good written English
- be professional, sensible, calm and polite
