Gymcatch is hiring!

We’re looking for part-time customer support colleagues to join our UK support team and assist Gymcatch customers for 10 to 20 hours a week (we can be flexible). We take enormous pride in our support and with 2023 being incredibly busy our customer support team is growing so we can continue to keep standards high even with a lot more businesses using the system. We don’t farm out our support to outsourcing companies, support centres or artificial intelligence.

We firmly believe that there are two groups of people who can provide the very best customer support: people involved in designing the technology and customers of the system.  That way everyone in the support team really know what they are talking about and can provide the very best advice. People that know the system and people that know the industry. As it’s worked so well in the past, we’re advertising our customer support roles to our community first.

So if you fancy a few shifts a week where you can chat to fellow fitness and wellness professionals and help them get the most out of Gymcatch then we’d love to hear from you. The roles will be flexible, on a contractor basis with a competitive hourly rate.  For the right candidate, we’ll do everything we can so you can fit this around your other commitments.  Our busiest times are Monday to Friday 9-5 in the UK so we would need you the successful candidates to be able to commit to most of their allocated hours in those times. The successful candidates will:- be familiar with and confident using Gymcatch (from both the professional and consumer sides)

– have good written English
– be professional, sensible, calm, and polite
