A 6-week men-only Pilates course combining Mat and Reformer. Straightforward, targeted movement for stiff backs, tight shoulders, and knees that aren’t moving like they used to. Build strength, improve mobility, and start reversing years of wear and tear — one week at a time. It’s not a quick fix, but it’s a solid place to start. This course begins Thurs 30 Oct. Max 9 places.
