45 mins Pilates with Verity for all abilities. Class Attendance at our studio in Peterborough Bring your own mat and water due where possible however we do have lots of mats for you if you need one. New participants are required to complete a Physical Readiness Questionnaire prior to the start of the class We look forward to meeting you :)
Cancellation policy
Each class must be booked on gymcatch Each class is subject to availability. Cancellations must be at least 24 hours before the start time of the class or the class will still be counted as used. All new customers must compete a Physical Readiness questionnaire (PARQ) form prior to commencing and activities with SMART Classes. This will be emailed to you on booking.
