Join The Unexpected Yogi and Fay (Health and Fitness with Fay) for a nourishing evening of yoga and sound. The evening will be held outdoors at the beautiful Lodge, Norsted Manor Farm. Release and let go, with a cacao ceremony, breath work, yin style yoga and a sound bath. Nourish yourself in nature, soak in the stunning surroundings and watch the sun set over the London sky line.
Cancellation policy
Payment is due on booking and is non refundable. If you become aware that you will not be able to attend a class, please reach out, as it may be possible to transfer your booking to an alternative event. This is subject to at least 48 hours notice, space and availability on other events, and is entirely at the discretion of The Unexpected Yogi.
