Learn To Lift Master Classes are run in a small group (women only). This Masterclass is a 4-hour course on Saturday 5th July 09:00-13:00 with a 30-minute refreshments break (hot drinks and a selection of pastries will be provided). These master classes are for women who don't know how to lift weights and want to learn more. You won't feel awkward or out of place as everyone is in the same boat. We are in a private space with no one else watching on, so we can make fools of ourselves as much as we want and have fun with it! You don't have to have a certain level of fitness either - we find the right starting point for you and you learn how to build up from there.
