This Pilates class is suitable for new Mums who have had their 6-8 week post natal review and feel ready to exercise. The low impact exercises are designed to release tension and regain strength to aid recovery from delivery and postural changes in pregnancy. None mobile babies are welcome , approximately 9 months and under . Classes sizes are small and led by Amy, a former Midwife and Health Visitor. All equipment including mats is provided. There will be a small amount of baby sensory toys available. All participants must complete a health questionnaire prior to attending to ensure medical clearance is not required first. Save with a block booking and guarantee your place for four weeks.
