Nurture and Calming for the mind body and soul. Asanas, postures, to help restore balance and pranayama, breath work, to focus the mind . To allow time to develop postures within the workshop, and finishing with light gazing meditation, Trataka, focusing on one spot without blinking, slowly building up the time of the constant gaze. Followed by Savasana to end the practice. The workshop aims to bring a sense gentle inner energy and warmth , through the dark days of February, looking forward to the lighter days of Spring. Please bring a cushion and water bottle. Blankets and blocks are provided. If you like to use an eye mask for relaxation feel free to bring this too . Tea and coffee will be provided towards the end of the workshop.
