Flow & Flex is a 75min class designed to focus on a different part of the body each session, exploring mobility & alignment through a flowing practice with movements & sequences you can easily incorporate into your own routine. Culminating in a Yin Yoga inspired section where you will be supported and adjusted in floor based stretches or postures to discover more about theses popular positions. The aim is to lengthen & strengthen the muscles To Improve performance in physical activities as a result of improved flexibility - To delay impaired mobility associated with aging - Reduce risk of injury - Improve circulation - Increase range of motion - Restore physical function & flexibility - Improve neuromuscular control through repetitive movements - Elevated core temperature - Accelerate energy production - Improves performance measures such as speed & strength.
