48-Hour Cancellation Policy At Coach House Studio, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate this, we have implemented a 48-hour cancellation policy for all bookings unless otherwise stated for Courses/Workshops/Retreats. Cancellation Policy for appointments and classes: Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before Booking Time: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before Booking Time: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund.
