Dr. Kapur is sponsoring this beginner-friendly Mindfulness & Meditation Series. These classes will include breathwork, gentle movement, mindful, and meditative practices to promote peace, calm, focus, brain health, and emotional well-being. Classes will be offered the 4th Tuesday of each month May -August. NOTE JULY DATE CHANGE to July 29!
