This is fitness class designed for Mum's to bring along their little 1's (or you are welcome to come without them) and get a safe postnatal workout. We focus on pelvic floor, core strength, toning, overall fitness levels and diastasis recti repair. We work on connecting with the pelvic floor and internal core muscles through controlled low impact exercises. All these exercises will help from the early stages of constant feeding and changing and lying or sitting on the floor with your baby(ies) to those toddler/preschool/school years when you're trying to keep up with them. No matter where you are with your postnatal journey there will always be modifications or progressions for every exercise. As mentioned above you don't even have to worry about childcare because you can bring your little 1's with you, they can chill in their buggy's, you can bring a little blanket and some toys for them or if they're wanting to run around maybe some of their favourite little toys to show their new friends. The bigger one's always love making friends with each other so even they will love the class. You can also come without your little one if you would prefer to, whichever is easier for you.
