Ideal for anyone and everyone, Balance+ is a yoga based class that will improve your mind + body. During this class, an inspiring soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple Yoga moves while embracing elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises and instructors will always provide options in each class. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centred. You will improve your flexibility and increase your core strength whilst reducing stress levels. You'll focus your mind and create a lasting sense of wellbeing.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package, using a membership or by card. If you cancel your booking more than 12 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle, pass or membership used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Mind + Body Studio. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds.
