Hanumunasana or splits pose is an advanced asana that requires time, patience and consistency. In this workshop we will break down the pose and explore the different muscles required to enter splits safely and with ease. Strength is as important as flexibility so we will work on building active flexibility and increasing our range of movement. This workshop is suitable for anyone wishing to work on splits pose and there will be plenty of options given so everyone can work at their own level. Receive individual guidance on how to advance your practice, hands on adjustments where appropriate and learn how props can provide support or deepen the intensity within poses.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made by card. If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before the start of the session you will be refunded by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session.
