Explore foundational yoga poses in detail and find the perfect alignment for your unique body. In this workshop we will cover downward facing dog, mountain pose, standing forward bend, plank pose and chaturanga, warrior 1 & 2, triangle pose, extended side angle and more. These poses often make up the basics in a Vinyasa Flow class where we don't always have time to explore the poses in more detail. Suitable for beginners or more experienced yogi's wishing to deepen their knowledge of the basics.
