In this 45-minute class for adults and children (ages 6-10) we explore stretching, movement and mindful breath and in a fun and interactive way! Each yogi should bring a mat (we do have a few available to borrow) and a water bottle. Registration includes adult and one child. Purchase "Kids Yoga Add-On" pass ($9) for each additional child.
