In this class we connect with the body and the mind as we move through basic yoga postures with an emphasis on alignment and breath. Plenty of options are given to allow students to participate at their own comfort level. Come as you are and (re)ignite your yoga journey!
Cancellation policy
You must cancel through Gymcatch at least two hours before the start of class to receive a credit back of the same value. Late cancels (less than two hours before class start time) are not entitled to credit back, but one may be issued if requested and if the customer is otherwise in good standing. Paid class passes with an expiration date will be credited back with the same expiration date. Free passes will be forfeited and all no-shows are forfeited. We are unable to issue cash refunds at this time.
