This dynamic style of yoga connects breath with movement, creating a flowing rhythm for the class. We begin with a short meditation or breathwork to create a focus for the class and end in savasana (rest). Modifications are offered, making this class suitable for all levels. Benefits of vinyasa yoga included improved heart health, stronger muscles and reduced stress.
Cancellation policy
You must cancel through Gymcatch at least two hours before the start of class to receive a credit back of the same value. Late cancels (less than two hours before class start time) are not entitled to credit back, but one may be issued if requested and if the customer is otherwise in good standing. Paid class passes with an expiration date will be credited back with the same expiration date. Free passes will be forfeited. All no-shows are forfeited. We are unable to issue cash refunds at this time.
