Have you recently had a baby, had the all clear from your GP or healthcare visitor, and are now ready to get back to exercise? Giving birth, whether naturally or via a c-section, puts a major strain on the body and significantly affects the core. Therefore it is vital to regain that core strength in a slow, steady and safe way. This class will help you to do exactly that. Learn how to engage your core correctly, strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, reduce and heal abdominal doming... and spend a bit of time on you!! Babies are of course welcome - please bring any toys, blankets, etc you feel necessary. This is a very relaxed course, we are all mums, we know things don't always go to plan! So if your baby needs a feed...feed! Sudden nappy change needed? No problem! You are in a safe space here and there's also time afterwards to chat and get to know each other if you want to stay a bit longer! Next block: 22nd April - 3rd June (*NO class 27th May)

Cancellation policy
