Have you recently had a baby, had the all clear from your GP or healthcare visitor, and are now ready to get back to exercise? Giving birth, whether naturally or via a c-section, puts a major strain on the body and significantly affects the core. Therefore it is vital to regain that core strength in a slow, steady and safe way. This 6 week course will help you to do exactly that. Learn how to engage your core correctly, strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, reduce and heal abdominal doming... and spend a bit of time on you!! Babies are of course welcome (non-crawling) - please bring any toys, blankets, etc you feel necessary. This is a very relaxed course, we are all mums, we know things don't always go to plan! So if your baby needs a feed.. feed! Sudden nappy change needed? No problem! You are in a safe space here and there's also time afterwards to chat and get to know each other if you want to stay a bit longer! 4th March - 8th April
