Fit & Fierce: Celebrating 4 years of classes and the Muddy Stilettos Award Win! Come and join me for an evening of celebrations with your fitness family - and not a squat in sight! Thursday 3rd July @ 7pm The Lime Tree, Whetstone (TBC once I have numbers) Four years ago, Jasmine Louise Dance & Fitness launched it's very first class on a Thursday night at The Blaby & Whetstone Boys Club with around 14 ladies- and what a journey it's been since then! From those early Zumba sessions filled with big moves and smiles, we've grown, evolved, and pushed boundaries. Today, we're stronger than ever- not just physically, but as a community. From Clubbercise to strength training and from This Girl Moves to our postnatal Moving Mums classes, we've built something truly special together. To everyone who's stepped in a class, shaken off a bad day in a Clubbercise session or smashed a fitness goal- thank you. YOU are the heartbeat of these classes. It's time to celebrate what we've created and kick off the Summer with some drinks and food! Who's in?
