Glow sticks, disco lights, the BEST TUNES and most feel good workout there is! Exclusively for parents/carers/family friends and their children age 7+ Suitable for Mums, sisters, Dads, Grandmas, Aunties, Teenagers, Cousins... EVERYONE! The music is a mix of party anthems from the 90’s to the latest hits A fun and social way for families to get fitter together Perfect solution for anyone with childcare issues No need for any dance experience! WHAT HAPPENS IN A FAMILY CLUBBERCISE CLASS? You’ll work up a sweat in a darkened room with disco lights exercising to a soundtrack of club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits. Clubbercise routines are a mix of dance, toning and combat, they are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options to suit all fitness levels. Family Clubbercise includes super fun tracks and also some games - making the workout FUN and accessible for all! You’ll use a pair of our trademark flashing LED glow sticks throughout the class, these are both reusable and recyclable so much more environmentally friendly than the single-use ones. It’s all about fun, not about perfection. Take it to your level, keep it simple and enjoy the music. WHAT DO I WEAR? Just trainers/sneakers and sportswear/fitness clothing… Neon is optional! And make sure you bring some water. Glow sticks can be purchased for £6 a pair and you can use these over & over again- highly recommended if you are attending the class! Alternatively, I have a selected amount of glow sticks to borrow for the family class on a first come, first served basis.
