Workout, connect and learn how to massage your scar! Come and join Jasmine from Moving Mums and Lauren Ellen Therapy for an evening of exercise, relaxation and knowledge on Monday 31st March. This unique c-section workout class is uniquely designed to suit the needs of your recovery, the focus being on rebuilding core strength, improving pelvic floor function and easing you back into exercise with movements that are gentle but still effective on the body. Starting with a c-section safe cardio-core workout, we will then continue onto a relaxation and body meditation section and finish with teaching you how to self-massage your scar. Take some time for YOU this spring and empower your mind and body with knowledge that you deserve. What will the class entail? 1. Cardio & Core Confidence with Moving Mums: A 30 minute postnatal workout which focuses on light cardio and postnatal core exercises which can strengthen your body and restore core function. 2. Body Relaxation & Meditation: Take some time for YOU in this 15 minute relaxation and body meditation session. Learn to reduce stress, clear your mind and improve your connection with yourself and your body. 3. Learn to massage your c-section scar with Lauren Ellen Therapy: Your scars tell a story of strength, but they don’t have to hold you back. Whether it’s from childbirth, surgery, or injury, scars can leave behind physical restrictions, pain, or emotional tension that linger long after the skin has healed. Scar massage is a gentle, targeted therapy designed to restore movement, ease discomfort, and reconnect you with your body. Every Mum will also get a goodie bag full of treats for you! Who can attend this session? Any C-Section Mum from 10-12 weeks post c-section (you must have had the all clear from your GP) What do I need to bring? All mats and equipment are provided, just ensure to be wearing comfortable workout clothes and trainers and to bring a water bottle Once you have booked, you will be sent a health questionnaire which will need filling out 7 days prior to the session.
