This is hangover-friendly, all-levels yoga β no pressure, no perfect poses β just feel good movement. Sleepy heads, sunglasses and smiles all welcome π§π½ββοΈπ πMeet at the barn on site at 9:50 then weather/vibe dependent we will flow in the barn, on the field or take the 3 min walk to the beach. Bring a mat or towel & a drink!! Note - no refunds. If we take our practice onto the beach, the waves will be our only soundtrack, out of respect for the public sharing the space.
