Roots & Release - Breath, Meditation & Yin Yoga Journey As the seasons shift and nature begins to let go, this nourishing afternoon invites you to do the same. Roots & Release is a deeply grounding 3.5 hour experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, settle your energy and gently release what no longer serves - emotionally, mentally, or energetically. In this slow session, you’ll be guided through: 🌿 An extended breath & meditation to calm the nervous system and draw your awareness inward 🌿Mini journalling workshop 🌿 A long, meditative yin yoga practice to soften the body, quiet the mind and drop into stillness 🌿 A closing candle ritual to honour the shift of seasons and set intentions for the months ahead. Expect warmth, space and a deep sense of calm. You’ll leave feeling more rooted, lighter and held - ready to move into the darker half of the year with clarity and grace.
