Restful Yin offers space for deep rest through an extended mindfulness & pranayama as we settle in…a truly restful pause to your mid week. Before our physical practice, a fusion of Restorative postures, passive, soft, ease & Yin yoga involving floor postures that facilitate ease, space, and deep release in your body's connective tissues (which include fascia, ligaments and joints). Allowing you to rest in longer held postures & truly let go. Always closing with a soothing Savasana. Modifications offered throughout to allow for softer or deeper sensations…meet yourself with where you are at. Helping you calm/balance your nervous system, space to quieten your mind & release any stresses from your day. Suitable for ‘every body’
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package, using a membership or by card. If you cancel your booking more than 12 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle, pass or membership used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Nia Francis - Mindful Yoga . Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. The yoga studio door is locked upon session start time. Any late arrivals won’t be able to gain access & will forfeit the session. Doors are open 5 minutes before session start time to allow you to get comfortable.
