✨Opening with a warm up including mobility drills to awaken your body & prepare you for your session ahead. ✨Before a full body strength & resistance session, alongside my coaching & attention throughout to ensure you get the maximum from your class, offering modifications as needed. ✨We all have different bodies, mobility, fitness levels…go at your own pace within our hour together. ✨Ending with a mini cool down to support increased flexibility & allow time for your heart rate to return to normal before enjoying your weekend ahead. No high rep cardio to be seen here…I’m offering this class to help you become stronger in mind & body. ✨👟✨ Say no to training for a summer body/bikini body!! Train for your old lady body. Dense bones. Strong muscles. A healthy heart. Good balance. Functional independence. They will only be 8 ladies max per class. See you soon…don’t forget your water 💧
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package, using a membership or by card. If you cancel your booking more than 6 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle, pass or membership used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Nia Francis - Mindful Yoga . Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. The yoga studio door is locked upon session start time. Any late arrivals won’t be able to gain access & will forfeit the session. Doors are open 10-15 minutes before session start time to allow you to get comfortable.
