Helping you to let go of all your stresses and unwind… We will explore a Yin Yoga practice to restore Qi / Pranic energy flow throughout our bodies. We will unwind deep tension helping both physical and mental stress to be released…a truly relaxing practice to close your week. Yin yoga involves floor postures that facilitate ease, space, and deep release in your body's connective tissues (which include fascia, ligaments and joints). Allowing you to rest in longer held postures & truly let go. Helping you calm/balance your nervous system, space to quieten your mind & release any stresses from your week. Feel your weeks stresses melt away whilst supporting a better quality night sleep ahead.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package or by card. If you cancel your booking more than 6 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Nia Francis - Mindful Yoga . Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. The yoga studio door is locked upon session start time. Any late arrivals won’t be able to gain access & will forfeit the session. Doors are open 10-15 minutes before session start time to allow you to get comfortable.
