This class is designed to make yoga or exercise in general more accessible for people who might struggle with mobility issues, ms, chronic back pain and chronic fatigue syndrome etc. You will be guided through gentle routine to relax and move your body from head to toe. You can use mat or whenever you need, there's option to perform every posture also from chair. Given time and consistent practise, this class will help you to improve energy level, strength, flexibility and balance, reduce stress and relieve pain. This is also great opportunity to meet like minded people and socialize over a cuppa after class.
