Join us for a blissful morning of yoga, meditation, and brunch , a nourishing collaboration between Lu’s Place, Victoria Shanahan Yoga, and Fi’s Yoga Flow. We’ll begin with an invigorating vinyasa practice designed to energize both body and mind. Enjoy hands-on adjustments to help relax into your poses, followed by a guided meditation and the optional healing touch of Reiki to close your practice. Afterwards, refuel with a wholesome, healthy brunch. This event is suitable for all levels (a reasonable level of fitness and mobility is recommended). You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired. Included in the event one of the following dishes: • Eggs any way on Sourdough • Eggs Benny • Breakfast Sandwich • Smashed Avo with feta, pickled red onion, a poached egg, and harissa & honey sauce Plus a hot drink of your choice.
