That time is now and Cacao is the food of awakening. More about your host Aphra A couple of years ago, I made a list of all the things I wanted to do before I reached 40. The joy I got from searching my soul, creating unusual experiences, taking part in new things, saying yes to opportunities, opening my mind and getting out of my comfort zone led me to discover my true passion and purpose in life. I know now that I'm here at this time to help others break through limiting beliefs, let go of whatever is holding them back, and start creating fearlessly. My offerings have been alchemised from my learning and experiences, my own life story and the wisdom of others, from both academia and spiritual traditions.
