Join the incredible international recording artist Siri Akal for an intimate evening of Mantra and meditation at the excellent Centre for Positive Change in Kirkcaldy. More About Siri Akal: Siri is a yogi, healer, recording artist and scientist. In recent years, Siri Akal has been focusing on sharing sacred Mantra, blended with her traditional Celtic voice, to help people find the power to transform their lives from within. She is passionate about combining sacred Mantra with Irish music because both traditions have touched her soul deeply. She released her debut album, Solas, in September 2018, her first single, Sat Narayan, in December 2019, and released her second album in February 2020. Siri Akal has played at festivals around Europe, including the European Yoga Festival, France, the Irish Kundalini Yoga gathering (2017 - 2019), yoga festivals in Spain, Austria, London and the Netherlands, and has played concerts in the UK, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Spain, Hungary and Austria. More about the event: Please bring a cushion or bolsters to get comfortable on the floor as the event doesn't have seating; please don't bring yoga mats as spacing is limited. Bring along a bottle of water, which can be refilled at the venue. Please note that no animal products or skins are permitted in the Centre for Positive Change, as it's a sacred space that follows strict Buddhist and yogic principles. Doors open at 18:30 and will close at 19:00 for the start of the event. Please note once the door is closed, you will be unable to gain access to this event.
