This is a 3 hour fitness marathon all in aid of raising money for 3 million steps, a local charity. Their aim is to help provide the equipment and services needed by brain injury survivors and their carers so they can concentrate on their recovery. All the money raised will help survivors live with dignity, self-worth and return to being a valued member of society and their families. About the day: 3 hours of fitness! • 1 hour of Konga (with Donna Taylor) - An easy-to-follow, mood-elevating, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance and Sculpting set to the hottest beats. • 1 hour of totally shredded (with Donna Taylor) - A high-energy workout that incorporates martial arts techniques with cardiovascular exercises to help burn fat and build muscle. • 1 hour of yoga (with Issy Lawton) A slow paced and well needed relaxation incorporating light stretches, breathwork and meditation. This event is for absolutely everyone! We want to raise as much money as possible whilst giving you all a challenge of moving the body for 3 hours. Light refreshments and goody bags will be provided as well as good tunes, good vibes and good energy!
