A wonderful expressive art and sound journey. An incredibly powerful session, you will settle into the moment, be transported into the world of sound and vibrations and express, through creative art the sound and vibrations you experience. Following the journey, the ebbs and flows, brining your inner world into images. Our hands are incredibly sensitive, connecting to our emotions, thoughts and physical worlds. Being creative with our hands enables us to relax, release tension, work through emotions, develop confidence, self belief and connection. Using the sounds and vibrations to inspire and carry you on a journey, expressing it in the moment through creative art. We will begin by creating a safe space to work within, pause with a reflective meditation to arrive within yourself, quiet your day to day mind chatter, connect with your creativity, set an intention and listen to your intuition. I will lead then you on a sound journey (sound bath) to encourage and support free flow imagination and daydreaming. As you follow the journey, you will intuitively create, illustrate any images/feelings/insight using a variety of mediums. It is all about being in the moment, mindfully falling into the process of creating. Learning how to express yourself in your own unique way and in a safe space. No artistic skill is necessary, a willingness to join in and give yourself permission to explore your creativity and listen to your intuition. You are welcome just as you are. A very powerful workshop with a small group of like minded people, which will offer insight to unfurl and gain deeper meaning and connection in the days to follow. Materials and refreshments provided.
