Join me for a wonderfully intimate and immersive guided meditation and sound bath. Taking inspiration from nature, seeds are sown in the autumn. Taking time to settle deep in the earth until the cold winter frost brings the catalyst for germination. Your seeds of aspiration, hopes and dreams are germinating. Taking time to pause, listen and connect to your inner knowing will help grow your dreams and wishes for the future. Listen deeply to your song within, allow it to nourish and grow. A chance to unwind, relax, chat and connect. Refreshments included.
Cancellation policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full price of your appointment. Fully insured member of The College of Sound Healing and The Association of Person Centred Creative Art and First Aid Trained. The sound baths are not recommended during the first three months of pregnancy. If you have a pacemaker, metal implants, experience epilepsy or other types of seizures, have a sound sensitive condition such as Labrythitus or Meniers Disease or had recent surgery (past 3 months). If you have any concerns, please do message me for information and reassurance as this is a general sound bath which can be adjusted or a 1-1 individualised experience tailored to your needs may be more appropriate.
