Held at Upper Caldecote Methodist Church Hall. Join me for a beautiful session of joyful movement, relaxation based around a chair for support and posture alignment. An hours practice divided into 30mins movement and 30mins tea and chat. Connecting with our physical body, improving everyday strength and balance whilst also building a supportive community and opportunity to connect with others. This is a small, intimate group enabling us to focus on our own self care and build relationships with our tea and biscuits afterwards. Bliss. 🥰❤️ A gentle, low energy level, hatha practice to stretch and ease your body without striving, suitable for beginners and those with physical concerns. Poses are modified for individual needs, encouraging you to have body awareness and develop what is right for you. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
