If you have a body, you can do yoga. There is no prerequisite of a certain size, shape, or level of fitness, regardless of what you might see on the internet. This series will offer a supportive environment to practice in, with props such as blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters available to use. Pose options will be offered to suit all bodies, ability levels, and desires, helping you to customize a practice that honors you.
