Join Megan, a longtime yogi and bodywork practitioner, for a year-end Yin Yoga & Self-Massage workshop. Yin Yoga is a practice that takes us inward, that helps us slow down and unwind, and take a look at what is happening inside our bodies, inside ourselves. Megan will combine her love of Yin Yoga with her love of bodywork and massage to lead participants through a Yin Yoga and Self-Massage class. We will work through each area of the body to release it, first with Yin poses, then with rebound, and then with massaging the area of the body that was targeted in the posture. LIttle by little, we will unwind the body through gentle movement, through our own loving hands, and through rest. Each participant will also receive a brief head and foot massage at the end of their practice.
