What to expect from LIFT class: • Exercises involving the lifting of weights and covering all muscle groups. • Learning how to lift with correct form safely and effectively. • Quick class finisher that may involve some cardio and core work. • Socialise with other likeminded women and build relationships. • Chat to a qualified personal trainer about any queries Suitable for all ages and fitness abilities. FEMALE ONLY. The exercises for the class are set but they can be tweaked by each individual’s needs. There will always be options to make the exercises harder/lighter so everyone can work at a pace that suits them best. How to book: -Single session pass (pay per class) -Monthly 4x session class pass -Monthly 6x session class pass -Monthly 8x session class pass Included with bundle purchases ONLY will be a full recipe book with breakfast, lunch and dinner meals all calorie and protein counted. Also full access to trainerize app where you can log the weights you are lifting to keep track of your progress.
