These sessions are focussed on achievable wellbeing outcomes and sustainable practices that can easily be incorporated into everyday life. The tutorials are for suitable for all the family & community to empower, educate and understand how to best support better wellbeing in general. The tutorials are interactive and allow time for Q&A.
