Energise, Restore, Relax & Unwind Join Rachel & Sian for 2 hours of yoga designed to revitalise and relax in time for the weekend!. Rachel will start you off with a fluid and playful Vinyasa Flow loosely based on the Ashtanga sequence where you will link postures and breath with the opportunity to increase power, stamina, flexibility and balance, in both body and mind. There'll be the opportunity to have a little play with an arm balance or inversion for those who fancy it. Sian will then ease you into some slow and steady Yin Yoga designed to help you find stillness in the body and maybe the mind too! Yin Yoga is fantastic for increasing flexibility as well as offering much needed time to slow things down and head into a deeply relaxed state. You can expect to move and flow, stretch and breathe mindfully in a session designed to restore equilibrium. With the bonus of 2 teachers and a limited number of participants there will be plenty of individual support for those who want it including hands on assists for those who opt in. The workshop is open to all levels of experience, bodies, genders. LGBTQIA+ Community are always welcome! The event is at Studio 19 at Bristol School of Yoga which us fully equipped, so just bring yourself and some comfy clothing. It's located in Stokes Croft, just a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more than the time of the session is due to start will receive a partial refund of the full amount with £5 deducted from the total ticket cost to cover the card processing and admin fees. Sessions cancelled 48 hours or less will not be refunded.
