Reiki, Restorative & Yoga Nidra: An Evening of Healing & Deep Rest With Olivia Wilkinson Friday 26th September 7:15-8:30pm Step into a nurturing space designed to soothe the body, quiet the mind, and invite profound restoration. This workshop blends the healing energies of Reiki, the supportive stillness of restorative yoga, and the deeply restful practice of Yoga Nidra. Through gentle, fully supported postures, restorative yoga offers the chance to release tension and soften into ease. Reiki, a Japanese energy healing technique, will be offered throughout to encourage harmony and balance. We then move into yoga nidra, a guided meditation often called “yogic sleep”, to take you into a state of deep rest and inner awareness. This workshop is an opportunity to replenish your energy, nurture your nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of peace and spaciousness. Expect a slow, spacious, and calming environment where you can simply let go and receive. No previous experience is needed, just bring yourself and an openness to rest.
