Join me for a restorative evening of Yoga and Sound to harmonise the body and mind. I have carefully created this gentle yoga flow and sound bath to enable the body and mind to adapt to the changing season. The days are shorter, the air is a little colder, the energy of summer has passed and it's time for us to slow down. After moving through very gentle, mindful stretches and grounding poses, we will settle in for a deeply healing sound bath. Allow the sounds and vibrations of the singing crystal bowls, chimes, gong & heart chakra drum to balance and refresh your mind, body & soul. Picture a warm, candlelit studio with soft music. Soothing, releasing yoga poses. A special autumn poetry meditation and a blissful sound bath to envelop the senses.
Cancellation policy
This session uses automated refunds for bookings made by card. If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before the start of the session you will be refunded by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Vikki Cleal Yoga . Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds. Cancellation more than 48 hours for a class credit. Thank you.
