Join husband-and-wife facilitators Louie and Genevieve for a powerful, heart-opening evening of breathwork and live sound healing — a deeply immersive experience designed to release, reconnect, and awaken. Together, they weave the sacred balance of masculine and feminine energy. Louie will guide you through deep, embodied breathwork to release trapped energy and unprocessed emotion, while Genevieve bathes the space in angelic, trance-like vocals and live sound, creating a harmonious container that grounds and amplifies your inner journey. This is an invitation to drop into your body, quiet the mind, and open your heart. The Journey Intention & Arrival: We begin by gently arriving in the space and setting a personal intention — a compass to guide your breathwork journey with clarity and focus. Grounding in Sound: Next, a soft guided meditation and the pure tones of crystal alchemy bowls invite your nervous system to settle, preparing you for deeper work. Conscious Breathwork: You’ll move through several rounds of connected breathing, each lasting around 10–15 minutes. The breath is deep, rhythmic, and transformative. You’re encouraged to follow Louie’s guidance or move at your own pace, listening to your body’s wisdom. Each round closes with an energetic release, creating a safe space to express whatever arises — sound, movement, laughter, tears, or silence. Live Sound Healing: Every breath cycle is accompanied by evolving, live soundscapes — from shamanic drums and didgeridoo to guitar, gong, chimes, and voice. Through live looping, the music is built in real time, moving with the rhythm of the breath. Sound becomes a powerful ally: shifting energy, deepening surrender, and helping the analytical mind soften as you journey into expanded awareness. Integration & Closing: We close with a gentle soundscape to bring you back into your body and the present moment. There’s space to rest, integrate, and reflect, with an optional sharing circle to witness and honour the experience together. No experience is necessary — simply come as you are. Meet Your Facilitators: Louie is a trained breathwork and cold-water therapy facilitator, having studied with the Wim Hof Method in Spain and Poland. He is the founder of Men of Awen, a men’s group dedicated to healing through breathwork, sound, cold immersion, and community, and creator of The Cold Water Tribe, which brings breathwork, sound, and ice journeys to festivals across the UK. Genevieve is co-founder of Maia Wellbeing, creating women’s spaces for healing through yoga, sound, cacao, and sister circles. A professional musician and recording artist with over a decade of live performance experience, she weaves her music into facilitation to support emotional release, grounding, and heart opening.
