Treat yourself to a creative and restorative morning at our special Movement & Macramé Workshop — the perfect blend of mindful movement and hands-on crafting. We’ll begin with an hour of movement in true Sass style: a carefully curated mix of joint mobility, functional yoga, and Pilates-inspired sequences designed to leave you feeling supple, strong, and centred. Expect an inclusive, feel-good session that moves your whole body and resets your mind. Then, guided by Holly from ILEX Home, you’ll immerse yourself in the calming art of macramé. This beginner-friendly workshop will teach you how to craft your very own beautiful plant hanger using soft, recycled cotton cord. You’ll learn to master the three core knots of macramé step by step, with plenty of guidance and support throughout. Macramé is more than just making something pretty — the repetitive, meditative nature of knotting naturally encourages relaxation, mindfulness, and creativity. You’ll leave with a handmade plant hanger, a calmer mind, and the confidence to continue your macramé journey at home. Your ticket price includes all the materials to create your plant hanger, expert guidance and support, plus a drink and some nibbles to keep you fuelled and inspired. No prior experience needed — just come as you are, ready to move, create, and unwind. Spaces are limited – book early to avoid disappointment!
Cancellation policy
CANCELLATIONS: Specialist workshops and courses carry a separate cancellation policy - please read before booking your place: ~ More than 14 days notice – a full refund minus 5% admission fee charges ~ 7 – 14 days notice - a refund can be issued minus 10% administration fees charges - or transfer to another workshop that has spaces ~ Less than 7 days notice - a refund, minus administration fee charges of the above can only be given if we have a waiting list and someone can take your place at short notice. Or send along a lucky friend in your place, just let us know of the name change. (They should pay you the full workshop fee.) ~ Less than 24 hours notice – no refund, and we are unable to transfer you onto another workshop.
