Start your week with a class designed to help you move well, breathe deeply, and build both strength and resilience—physically and mentally. Taught on alternate weeks by Kate and Katy, this class blends intelligent, science-backed movement with breathwork and meditation, offering a balanced practice that supports your body and mind for the long term. Kate’s 'Movement for Life' approach integrates elements of functional movement, flexibility, strength training, and Yoga philosophy to improve joint health, mobility, and longevity. Expect a combination of strength work, longer-held postures, and fluid movement, all delivered in a safe and supportive space. Her classes empower you to build resilience, challenge your edges (if you choose to), and cultivate vitality at any stage of life. Katy’s 'Embodied Yoga' focuses on mindful, flowing movement that encourages self-awareness, breath connection, and ease in the body. With a focus on balance, coordination, and joint freedom, her classes guide you to move joyfully, release tension, and step into your day feeling more centered and energised. Both approaches are rooted in the idea that movement should feel good and be accessible to all—no experience needed, no extreme postures required. Instead, you’ll explore movement that supports your everyday life, helps you navigate stress, and builds a foundation for long-term wellbeing. Each class closes with a soothing meditation to leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the week ahead. Suitable for all levels. PLEASE NOTE: By joining any Sass class, you take full responsibility for your own health and participate at your own risk. Classes are not a substitute for medical advice—please consult your doctor before starting any new exercise. Sass Wellbeing teachers are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during practice. LATE ATTENDANCE Please arrive 10 minutes before class to settle in. Late arrivals disrupt the group and create stress for the teacher. If your class is outside Coffee House hours, doors will be locked 5 minutes before the start time. Latecomers will not be admitted or refunded. Out of respect for your teacher and fellow attendees, arrive on time. CANCELLATIONS You can cancel up to 24 hours before class for a full credit. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable. As a small business supporting self-employed teachers, we appreciate your understanding

Cancellation policy

This session uses automated refunds for bookings made using a package. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of the session you will be refunded by a credit to the bundle or pass used to make the booking or by the gifting of a bundle that will enable you to book into an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Sass Wellbeing Studio & Coffee House. Gymcatch cannot assist you with refunds.
